Cell Phones for Soldiers
The FHTM Foundation is pleased to announce that we have been listed as an official drop off point on the Cell Phones for Soldiers website. If you visit cellphonesfor soldiers.com and enter zip code 40503 under the "Find a Drop Off Point" tab, you will see our name. This is an ongoing project that many of our representatives are familiar with as FHTM has donated nearly 500 phones to this organization in the past year.
We will be issuing press releases to local media outlets regarding our participation with the Cell Phones for Soldiers organization and will let you know of any links available to these additional sites.

MyTelTag Forwarding
Forwarding by phone is now available with MyTelTag Messenger! A Representative may now forward a message that they retrieve by phone to another MyTelTag Messenger™ subscriber!
When you call in to the MyTelTag system and listen to one of your messages, the options after listening to the message have changed. It will now say “press 7 to delete this message,” or “press 8 to forward to another user.” Once 8 is pressed the rep will be given 3 options:
To forward this message to a specific Representative press 1
a. By pressing 1 – they will be prompted to enter the RepID of the person they want to forward to – there is about a 5 second delay after entering in the RepID, then it states “Your
message has been sent.”
To send this message to all Representatives press 2
a. By pressing 2 – the system will respond “Your message has been sent” then it will return
you to your messages.
To target the delivery of your message using a filter you have previously set up online press 3
a. By pressing 3 – the Rep will be asked “Please enter the number of the filter you would like
to use, for example press 1 for filter 1, press 2 for filter 2 etc.”
b. The rep will enter in a number between 1 and 9 that corresponds to their filter selection.
c. The system will respond “Your message has been sent,” then it will return you to your
messages.

Important Sales Tax Announcement
We at FHTM are very proud of the work of our Independent Representatives and of the loyal customer base we have built together. 2009 has been a phenomenal year for us with record growth in both our customer numbers and our Representatives alike. As we continue to expand our business throughout the US and abroad we must comply with our statutory obligations as these are triggered in each of the jurisdictions in which we conduct business. The requirement to charge and remit sales tax is one such obligation. Over the coming months FHTM will commence charging sales tax in many of the states; starting 1 January 2010 sales tax will be added, where applicable, for California, Kansas, Maryland, Washington and Wisconsin. Further announcements will be made throughout 2010 as we continue with the sales tax compliance program. Please note that the price of the Optional Special Services fees will not change and the $299.00 is inclusive of any applicable sales tax.
